Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of the HRP Pre Pay Connector project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical infrastructure projects, particularly within public sector healthcare environments.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure


• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and milestones


• Develop and maintain project documentation including initiation documents and project plans


• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including customer-facing interactions


• Ensure adherence to change management processes and governance frameworks


• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on project status and revenue


• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively


• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field


• Proven experience in project management, ideally with formal certification (e.g., PRINCE2)


• Experience delivering vendor-based Cardiology systems to public sector organizations (e.g., HSE/NHS)


• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)


• Demonstrated success in public sector healthcare project delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Smartsheet in project environments


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies


• Proficiency with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence


• Ability to collaborate with product management and software development teams
