ADP is hiring a Client Service & Product Support Specialist -- Tax.

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in One Tax, within ADP's Tax Operations division delivering quality, accurate, and timely results. You will provide support for Tax Filing processes and tools, while collaborating with internal support teams. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.



The nature of what you do every day will not change - The primary responsibility is to provide support and solutions to the filing teams. In addition, you will be tasked with a variety of projects to improve the efficiency and productivity of the organization.

What you'll do:




  • Product Support - You will support most of the functions that are housed within the Tax Environment for multiple tax workflows (timely/late filings and amendments).


  • Learn - You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll/Tax, including federal, state and local compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.


  • Organize - You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of internal calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:



  • Familiar with functionality of Main Frame and all the supporting screens.



  • Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with peers and all levels of management.

  • Work experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you identify solutions, and achieve success.



  • You must be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel



  • Have excellent analytical and time management skills.


A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:



  • Experience noted above OR

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:



  • At least three years of Payroll Tax experience is preferred.
