Welcome to Hemet Hills Post Acute — a newly acquired, 178-bed skilled nursing facility in sunny Hemet, CA! We serve both short- and long-term patients and are building a team of passionate, skilled nurses who are ready to make a real impact.

💼 Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

• Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents


• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders


• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes promptly


• Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and the care team to ensure exceptional outcomes


• Creating a warm, supportive environment for patients and their families

• A valid California LVN license

  Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (skilled nursing facility experience is a plus!)
