Lead and manage cross-functional product development projects, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and accurate project documentation.
Utilize project management tools such as TeamGuru to develop and maintain Gantt charts, monitor project timelines, and forecast potential delays or risks.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of new product launches.
Support the Business Development Manager in identifying, analyzing, and managing gross margin across product lines.
Propose and execute margin improvement initiatives in coordination with Sourcing and Manufacturing, tracking progress and results via TeamGuru or similar tools.
Partner with the Inside Sales team to develop and refine strategic pricing models for new and existing products.
Work closely with Applications Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop compelling technical marketing materials including case studies, application guides, training documents, and product datasheets.
Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and competitive intelligence to support product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
Deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders and channel partners on product functionality, applications, and value propositions.
Monitor field performance, warranty data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement or market expansion.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data interpretation.
Demonstrated aptitude for project management and cross-functional team coordination.
Experience with or willingness to learn project tracking tools such as TeamGuru or similar platforms.
Clear, confident communicator-comfortable speaking to groups, leading meetings, and facilitating discussions across departments.
Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to thorough documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, action tracking) and polished presentation materials.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform margin analysis, cost tracking, and strategic pricing models.
Familiarity with fluid handling systems, rotating equipment, or industrial product development is preferred.
A customer-focused mindset and a strong interest in technical marketing and commercialization.
Work Environment
The position is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to customer sites, trade shows, or production areas. The employee may be exposed to moderate noise levels or industrial environments during site visits.
Physical Demands

Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs. (e.g., manuals, samples, display units)
Travel up to 10-15% may be required for customer visits, training, or site support
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on business needs or travel commitments.
