Location: Duluth, MN

Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer for their manufacturing facility near Duluth, MN


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of electrical capital projects involving power distribution, drives, instrumentation, PLCs, and controls
  
  


• Provide technical oversight for electrical systems installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects
  
  


• Manage external vendors, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective execution
  
  


• Support operations with troubleshooting and maintenance of systems
  
  


• Maintain and update plant one-line diagrams and electrical distribution (≤13.8 kV)
  
  


• Oversee power system engineering tasks, including Arc Flash program compliance
  
  


• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize reliability and safety
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering


• 2+ years of experience preferred in manufacturing or industrial electrical systems


• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and power system modeling tools


• Strong project management skills; able to work across multiple timelines


• Familiarity with PLCs, drives, and instrumentation systems


• Motivated learner with a proactive mindset
