One of our clients in the medical device manufacturing industry is looking to hire an experienced Product Manager (Medical Marketing) to lead new product introductions and drive strategic marketing initiatives. This role will focus on laser urology and endoscopic medical devices.
Full-time, direct hire position
Fully Onsite in Marlborough, MA
Key Responsibilities
Lead New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
Develop and execute upstream marketing strategies including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and promotion.
Collaborate with distributors and commercial partners to plan and execute product launches.
Design and deliver training and education programs for physicians, distributors, and partners.
Create and manage marketing materials, sales tools, and website content.
Generate market intelligence and support clinical research initiatives.
Drive utilization and adoption of products in the field.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
8+ years of international product marketing experience in medical devices, preferably in laser urology or endoscopy.
Proven experience in upstream marketing, NPD/NPI, and process management.
Experience working with external partners, distributors, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
Familiarity with clinical studies and regulatory processes for medical devices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Thulium Fiber Laser technology.
Background in content creation and website management.
Prior collaboration with Olympus or Boston Scientific.
Knowledge of stone and soft tissue management procedures.
