Job Description:

Location: San Antonio, TX

Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager III with a strong background in banking and finance to lead IT projects focused on application and infrastructure implementations/upgrades. This role requires expertise in project management disciplines, resource management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.


**Role requires 1 day onsite per Month - San Antonio, TX Preferred.



Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects, including application and infrastructure implementations and upgrades.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring successful execution within timelines.
• Manage project resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Apply industry-standard project management frameworks to optimize workflow and execution.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with software development methodologies.
• Utilize Microsoft Project and MS365 applications for project tracking and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience independently managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• IT project management experience in banking/finance.
• Strong understanding of project management disciplines and SDLC.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• Experience working within Agile project management methodologies.
