We're looking for an entry-level Onsite Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support at two recently acquired automotive dealerships in Prescott, AZ. This is a great opportunity to build foundational experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role starts as a six-month contract, with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance. What You'll Do
Deliver daily onsite technical support across dealership locations
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers)
Set up and image new devices for incoming users
Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely, professional manner
Work with senior remote engineers to resolve complex issues
Keep detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions
Ensure all IT equipment is secure, functional, and up to date
What We're Looking For
Basic knowledge of desktop support, Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with imaging tools and IT ticketing systems (a plus, not required)
Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Eagerness to learn and grow in a technology-driven environment
Bonus Points
Previous experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role (internships or school projects welcome)
CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus
