About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our team on a contingent basis. In this role, you will contribute to software engineering initiatives of low to moderate complexity, helping to improve processes and deliver high-quality solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze technical challenges, and support the development of scalable systems.


Responsibilities:

• Contribute to software engineering projects with low to moderate complexity.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable solutions.


• Analyze technical issues and evaluate alternatives to support decision-making.


• Present recommendations and insights to stakeholders and team members.


• Apply independent judgment while learning and adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.


• Provide technical support and information to internal clients and engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field.


• Equivalent experience may include a combination of professional work, consulting, military service, or academic training.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
