JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, matching them to the most appropriate vehicle
• Understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
• Take customers on test drives; demonstrating vehicle features
• Build rapport with potential customers to improve possibility of future sales
• Maintain customer database, providing continuous communication, follow-up and support
• Guide customers through buying process with clear communication and transparency, assisting with completing relevant paperwork
• Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on CRM software
• Participate in sales trainings and meetings
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous sales experience a must
• Complete and maintain 100% training qualifications for all OEM’s
• Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication
• Valid driver’s license
