The Director, Compliance & Ethics, Program and Operations is responsible for providing program leadership oversight and operational discipline to our global compliance and ethics program and high priority and other key, complex, cross-functional compliance initiatives.

The Director, Compliance & Ethics, Program and Operations is responsible for leading (and refining) the design of operational compliance programs and supporting processes, aligning stakeholders and team members across the company around a portfolio of well-defined roadmap objectives, driving the timely achievement of milestones and completion of deliverables, managing dependencies across multiple workstreams and projects. managing status and effectively communicating updates to stakeholders, leading the aggregation and reporting of KPIs and other metrics, and driving continuous improvement.

The Director, Compliance & Ethics, Program and Operations will be a key member of the Compliance team and will work closely with the Compliance Centers of Excellence, Compliance Regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to demonstrate program accountability and compliance in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, other legal obligations, our Code of Conduct and consistent with recognized standards, benchmarks, and industry best practices.

The Director, Compliance & Ethics Program and Operations will take a leadership role, working closely with the AVP, Program and Operations to deliver excellence to the organization, aligned with our Roadmap Objectives. We deliver excellence in all that we do, ensuring we best serve our customers, our stakeholders, our partners every day.

In this role, you are responsible for 11 core processes:

  • Legal Compliance and Ethics Review Process Management and Continuous Improvement, including the development of our Trusted Submitter process
  • Global Compliance and Ethics Program Risk Management
  • Data Subject Requests Management
  • Cookies, Pixels and Tracker Management
  • Trust Centre Management
  • Global Compliance and Ethics Dashboards, Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Global Compliance and Ethics Third Party Processor Engagement and Management for Program and Operations responsibilities
  • Management and innovation of our intranet site
  • Maintaining our data inventory and systems inventory integrations
  • Sub-processor list management, including internal and third parties
  • Executive Response, Customer Service and SAVES teams process coordination, trend analysis and ongoing engagement
  • Additional Skills and/or Certifications

  • Bachelors required / Masters preferred
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, 2-3 years leadership experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desired.
  • Naturally curious with a passion for 'what can be'.
  • Must be able to manage several projects, multitask, and work well under pressure - with a minimum of five years' experience managing highly complex projects.
  • Advanced written and interpersonal communication skills with a growing ability to identify and communicate to management key initiatives, progress and new ideas.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to wear multiple hats, pivot and constantly evaluate/re-evaluate the best solutions.
  • Ability to think and do and take initiative, while always seeking to understand the bigger picture.
  • Ability to work as a strong team player but independently as needed-and always with a sense of purpose and humor.
