Job Description:

Join Ricoh as a Product Specialist where you'll be responsible for performing a range of technical services, including configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, and maintaining products. You'll also provide customer training, observe equipment workflows, and share solutions to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you'll manage workload, maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform product specialist solution skill services such as configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and training.
• Repair products, conduct customer training, observe equipment workflows, and engage in problem-solving to improve methods.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase the utilization of Ricoh's equipment, supplies, and services.
• Maintain productive relationships with customers and colleagues, contributing to overall team success.
• Manage own time and schedule effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly, including maintaining logs and reports.
• Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and experience level.
• Participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities and bill accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills in configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining products.
• Ability to independently manage workload and solve technical issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience in a similar technical support role is preferred.
