Job Description:

As a Field Specialist, you'll play a vital role in servicing and repairing a variety of office equipment at customer locations, contributing to our culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Specialize in servicing and repairing a core set of highly complex office products, providing 2nd level technical support to other technicians.
• Territory Management: Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships, achieving expected productivity levels and driving revenue-generating opportunities.
• Training and Development: Conduct on-the-job training for new and experienced technicians, as well as technical seminars as required.
• Customer Service: Handle difficult customer situations effectively, maintain communication on unresolved technical problems, and ensure overall high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including maintaining inventory and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:

• High level technical skills typically gained through completion of technical school and 3+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I.
• Industry Certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy.
