Job Description:



  • Business Acumen - Monitor payroll and follow scheduling strategies for store associates which meet both store and budget criteria while understanding and achieving key financial metrics through strong financial acumen to accurately interpret data which positively impact results.


  • Communication - Ability to articulate and coach to store performance by maintaining knowledge of current business trends and sales information ensuring associate accountability. Ability to articulate store strategies and performance as guided by General Manager, in store visits with corporate employees.


  • Talent Attraction- Coordinate recruitment, interview, and selection of sales associate team in partnership with General Manager to staff the store appropriately for business needs.


  • Talent Management - Ability to coach and develop sales associate selling skills to achieve goals and customer service expectations.


  • Customer Service – Accountable for the overall customer experience in the store by ensuring appropriate floor coverage, supporting marketing strategies, coaching to prominent levels of energy, and connecting the customer to the brand with each engagement.


  • Brand – Lead, participate and ensure the team executes and maintains floor sets and visual displays which represent the Lands’ End brand and visual integrity of the sales floor, recovery and replenishment standards while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels


  • Strategic – Understand, seek, and share with the leadership team, broad knowledge of business and industry, ensuring that decisions are made with the best interest of the brand and customer in mind.


  • Integrity – Communicates with respect to all employees and management, sharing ideas, opinions, and knowledge while contributing to an inclusive, empowering, and productive environment.


  • Other Duties as Assigned - Perform other duties as assigned by District Manager


  • Asset Protection – Must adhere to all asset protection policies and procedures as outlined in RAP SOP’s.


  • Safety - Must follow all safe work practices, escalate unsafe conditions, and report incidents.
