Our client is hiring a Sales Enablement Consultant to support their RFP/Proposal Development efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in proposal development and sales support at a B2B firm, and have strong project management skills to ensure the timely delivery of deliverables, drive process efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This a fully remote, 6 month contract (with opportunities for extension or conversion to FTE for the right fit)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, harvest, and tag the content for proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations and pitch materials.
Display strong project management skills by assigning responsibilities, coordinating team efforts and timelines, and final review of all formatting and brand related items.
Assist in client interactions and requests in a timely manner.
Review bid scoring criteria and provide bid/no bid recommendations to executives
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in RFP/proposal development
Must have strong project management experience and experience driving the overall proposal process.
Experience working in a B2B firm
Proficiency in PowerPoint
Proficiency in Word
Experience collaborating cross functionally and with executive leadership teams
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
