Job Description:

HCM Architect is responsible for managing and driving the development, delivery, and support of HR related business functions. This role requires learning and problem solving, and the ability to guide a team towards implementing architectures and solutions. This is the most Sr. Role on this managers team.

• Experience onboarding (1.0 à 2.0), Payroll Migration, Acquisitions/Mergers, Integration


• Computer science background


• Understands SAP integrations


• Hands on configuration execution experience - They use ABAP but doesn't have to be ABAP (manager said this is an easy language to learn)


• Certifications: EC Certified (Employee Central)




• If it is not a current up to date cert PCCI will help them get it up to date




• Proficient at documentation




• Change management and data governance
