Position: Revenue Cycle Manager
Location: Hickory, NC

Responsibilities:
Oversee the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and reimbursement.Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize financial risk.Ensure compliance with billing regulations, payer requirements, and industry standards.Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Train and mentor staff members on revenue cycle best practices and procedures.Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.Strong understanding of billing systems, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and revenue cycle software.
