The candidate will possess: CV IN WORD FORMAT
8 years Success Factors exp
Hands on experience with Learning Management (LMS) module
Proven Talent Management module experience
Deep knowledge of Employee Central
Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA
HCM a plus
Resource should have demonstrated experience and hands on experience in configuration of Success Factors, be able to work with the Business to understand requirements prior to configuration, by adept at unit test, have excellent communication skills and understanding of HR.
