Responsibilities:
Processing payments and invoices, reviewing and reconciling discrepancies
Daily bank reconciliation procedures, including use of spreadsheets and bank reconciliation software to match records and identify reconciling items
Understand how store-level cash management procedures impact bank reconciliations
Essential skills:
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment, managing multiple deadlines
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Accounting preferred
At least 2 years business/accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel required
