Job Description:

Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Project Manager-New Product Development to join our Marketing team located at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA. The Project Manager - New Product Development will be expected to coordinate people and processes to ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on time and produce the desired commercial product. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timelines and milestones/gates are met. The Project Manager - New Product Development will be responsible for specifying, setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by various product teams to ensure features and functionality of the product according to the product manager specification. The Project Manager - New Product Development will ensure a successful launch of a select portfolio of products. They will lead/assist with gathering requirements, documenting, running team meetings, helping with testing, planning with the entire organization to ensure a successful and timely product launch.


Note: Some travel is required, approximately 10% of travel time (although more travel may be required on occasion).

* Communicate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Warranty, Quality, etc.
* Continuous Improvement of NPD process
* Other Duties as Assigned

Education and Experience:


* Bachelor of Science in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Polymer Science (or related technical discipline), MS or PhD is preferred.


* Equivalency: Completion of a bachelor's degree in a technical field, with laboratory coursework. Or completion of an associate degree with 5+years of laboratory, engineering, or quality work experience. Candidates with other relevant industry experience may be considered.
* Zero to Five years as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Engineer, R&D Technician, or R&D Chemist.
