Mailroom Coordinator at ManpowerGroup in Middleton, Wisconsin

Job Description:

The Mailroom Coordinator provides operational support in various areas including operating high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, and bindery equipment. They also handle copying tasks, shipping and receiving, mail distribution, and apply necessary postage. Additionally, they may perform reception, file services, call center representative duties, and various building support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
• Ensure proper functioning of convenience copiers through daily inspections, troubleshooting, and calling technicians when necessary.
• Set up equipment as per customer requirements.
• Perform scanning and imaging of documents.
• Maintain records, inventories, and logs.
• Coordinate service calls required by customers.
• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning duties.
• May require overtime and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Previous copy job experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required.
• Working knowledge of copier equipment and repair preferred.
• Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
• Basic electronics knowledge preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer relations and verbal communication skills.
