Data Analyst Developer - County Materials - Onsite in Marathon, WI at CENTRAL PROCESSING CORP in Marathon City, Wisconsin

We are seeking a Data Analyst Developer for our customer, County Materials. This position is offered on-site in Marathon, WI only.

Job Duties:
Develop and maintain dimensional data models and data warehouses to support reporting and analysis requirements.Build ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.Conduct quantitative analysis using statistical techniques to derive insights from data.Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to communicate insights.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate requirements into solutions.Write clean, efficient code for data processing, ETL, reporting, and application development.Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations/standards.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment.Design and implement solutions for converting legacy data and reporting systems Hyperion and Acumen to new platforms.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Experience & Qualifications:
Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.2 years of experience in data analysis and software development.Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFacility with statistical analysis and data mining techniquesExpertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)Solid programming skills in languages like Python, R, Java, C#Knowledge of ETL tools and processesUnderstanding of software development methodologies like AgileExcellent communication and collaboration skills
