Job Description:

Location: Malvern, PA

Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Loan Officer for a position that is based in the Malvern, PA area.


This is primarily a remote position, but must be based in the SE PA area in order to meet with clients, team members, etc.



Qualifications & Requirements:

• Engage in business development opportunities, community outreach efforts to promote home ownership, and active involvement in professional organizations.


• Conduct interviews with new and existing customers to understand their loan financial objectives, advising them on suitable products, terms, and pricing while ensuring all necessary information is gathered.


• Review and analyze credit and financial data, explaining guidelines clearly.


• Inform clients about pricing and lock rates as required, identifying opportunities to offer additional products.


• Collect and organize required loan documentation, submitting complete packages to the Mortgage Loan Processor.


• Minimum of three years' experience in marketing and originating community lending mortgage loans and loan products.


• Documented residential mortgage loan volume of at least $18 million in the past 12 months.


• Established relationships with local referral networks.


• Active registration status with NMLS
