Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a team of field service engineers responsible for on-site industrial inspections and service tasks.
- Develop and maintain service schedules, ensuring timely response to customer requests and service requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of inspection protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks on field reports and inspection results, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Provide technical guidance and training to field service engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and engineering, to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all field operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial inspection or field service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to industrial inspection.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Experience with industrial inspection techniques, including non-destructive testing (NDT), ultrasonic testing, or similar methods.
- Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing field conditions and customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel to various field sites as required.
