About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Materials Testing Manager to join my clients team. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service across various projects. The Senior Manager will lead a team, ensuring project deadlines are met, budgets are managed efficiently, and the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout.
Responsibilities:
Leading a dedicated team to provide outstanding client service on various projects.
Taking charge of schedules, budgets, and overall project management.
Crafting and reviewing technical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, aiding in their professional development.
Participating in the hiring process to bring on board new talent.
Ensuring that lab accreditation's are maintained and company values are upheld at all times.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
A PE License is required, or the ability to obtain one within a year of joining.
Possession of at least 5 years of experience in construction materials testing.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Willingness to travel occasionally and meet project deadlines.
