Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing processes, projects, or functions.
- Evaluate manufacturing outcomes and implement continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and the introduction of new equipment/processes.
- Conduct equipment troubleshooting for pneumatic, air & power, mechanical, and electrical (robotics) systems.
- Work independently with minimal supervision as an individual contributor.
- Apply professional expertise and judgment to solve engineering challenges.
- Understand and apply procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline.
- Make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical knowledge in engineering or related field.
- Ability to work independently and apply professional judgment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and apply procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to make decisions based on practice and previous experience.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD.
