We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to join our development team and help us build and enhance our web and mobile applications, services, and electronic payment solutions.
Our software development department consists of around twenty people organized into three teams, each working on a diverse set of projects that cover the full stack of development tools, DevOps, database management, and development infrastructure. What you will do: • Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications and supporting services that integrate with our electronic payment solutions. • Contribute to all parts of the product and software development lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
Utilize our tech stack (see pluses below) to develop scalable and resilient systems.
Demonstrate expertise in software development practices.
Mentor and assist both technical and non-technical staff.
Troubleshoot and debug issues with applications and systems.
Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and product development staff.
Make the lives of our customers better.
Stay current with new technologies and best practices in web and mobile development.
What you bring: • A proven track record of delivering software to a production environment, building and maintaining scalable and resilient systems with 2 to 4 years of programming experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage the flow of work proactively.
A willingness to adopt our development practices.
A foundation in computer science via academic training or professional experience
Ability to communicate complex technical procedures and processes to co-workers.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent track record in handling multiple initiatives
Love of learning and teaching.
Pluses: • Experience with a fintech or e-commerce company • Excellent communication skills: written/diagrams, verbal, presentation, audio/video • Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: • Front-end: React, ASP.NET Core (Razor/Blazor), Flutter, responsive design • Mobile: Mobile-optimized web frameworks, one or more native mobile development frameworks (iOS, Android), Flutter • Back-end: .NET Core, C#, MySQL, REST API, RabbitMQ, Kafka • DevOps: automated testing, continuous integration/delivery tools, automated deployment / provisioning tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform • Cloud: Azure, Azure DevOps, Google Firestore • PowerBI
