Resource will be involved in supplier contamination audits; this is a quality initiative that would mainly focus on contamination related to suppliers with machining operations that have a potential for chips or other contaminants getting lodged/trapped in the parts
Person should be open to travel to USA, Canada and Mexico).
Predicting 2-3 days per site to perform the onsite audit work and follow-up with our subject matter experts to review the findings.
Experience with site evaluations related to a contamination focus as well as experience with machining, tooling and washing
Experience with lab processes and contamination extraction testing (generally gravimetric and ISO based testing standards but possibly not limited to that)
Experience with AIAG process standards (FMEA's, control plans, SCCAF's, etc.)
