Role: Vice President of Software Engineering
Location: Hartford, CT
Compensation: $240-280k Base + 50% Bonus + Equity + Pension Program
This Individual will define the technical vision and strategy that guides engineers across departments, remove widely-felt barriers to productivity, find ways to make the entire software engineering organization more effective at delivering products and infrastructure and manage and lead the development and work products of software engineers.
