Your Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chemical and Gas Dispense Unit Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing pre-walks on chemical and gas dispense units, ensuring readiness for safety level 1 and safety level 2 EHS walks. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in commissioning drum and tote cabinets, valve manifold boxes, gas cabinets, high purity piping, and tubing.
Your Job Description:
Conduct field walks on chemical and gas dispense units to ensure operational readiness.
Prepare units for safety level 1 and safety level 2 EHS walks.
Commission drum and tote cabinets, valve manifold boxes, gas cabinets, high purity piping, and tubing.
Collaborate with engineering and safety teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with dispense units as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Follow established protocols for handling hazardous materials and chemicals.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures and equipment operation.
Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
High energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Semiconductor or industrial setting.
