We're in search of a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a technical team focusing on Order Modeling. You'll spearhead the design and implementation of solutions catering to the trading desk's needs, spanning new product developments and order modeling workflows. Operating within both on-prem and cloud-based setups, you'll adapt applications, APIs, and databases to meet the evolving demands of the financial sector. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive performance within the engineering team to achieve project objectives.
Provide hands-on guidance to ensure timely project delivery.
Mentor and develop software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure the quality, maintainability, and security of developed solutions.
Contribute to departmental strategies and drive their implementation.
Identify and address complex issues, offering pragmatic solutions.

Proactively manage team performance and development, including recruitment and mentoring.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
Familiarity with Order Management or Investment Management systems preferred.
Proficiency in object-oriented languages, with a strong preference for C# and .NET.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, AWS, and agile methodologies.
