IDG is looking for a Data and Integration Architect who will be accountable for our corporate data ecosystem.
The Data and Integration Architect is responsible for designing, creating, and managing IDG’s enterprise data architecture, data architecture standards and ensuring the smooth flow of data across various platforms and systems (both on premise and cloud). This role is critical in establishing a solid foundation for enterprise data at IDG and ensuring that data is organized, managed and processed securely and consistently to enable interconnectivity throughout the enterprise. The Data and Integration Architect will be responsible for setting standards around data modeling, data integration and data engineering best practices and data security design. This is a highly collaborative role where the architect will provide standards and guidance to partners across IDG

This position can be based in IDG’s Needham, MA office with a hybrid work schedule of 2 days/week in the office. We will consider remote candidates from an approved US office location in an EST Zone.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The anticipated total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $184,200 and $200,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
