Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Technical Project Manager with Project & Program Management skillsets. The position will primarily be responsible for managing the delivery for implementing and enhancing the Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud application suite, as well as work on the applications to support complex business process solutions related to: Inventory Management, Purchasing, Supply Planning, Sales Forecasting & demand planning, Vendor Managed Inventory processes, Order Promising & Forecast protection and Customer & Supplier Forecast management.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.


• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree


• 7 years of Information Technology experience


• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, we are not able to sponsor at this time


• Successfully managed implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM projects, Oracle EBS implementation and Support engagements, project planning, budgeting, and execution.


• Must have managed 3-5 end-to-end Oracle ERP/Cloud implementations.


• Must have strong technical experience in developing and delivering Oracle ERP/ Cloud Financials or Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, OM, INV, SCM)


• Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.


• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.


• Manage customer expectations and be able to closely monitor for scope creep.


• Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, agreed upon and adjusted against the timeline.


• Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.


• Work with onsite, offshore, and client and business users to ensure smooth maintenance.


• Control and report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor, and internally within Infosys and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner, and initiate corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track.


• Perform Resource Management, Resource Utilization, Planning, Estimation, Release Management and Risk Management.


• Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track the progress of workstreams to ensure successful go live.


• Work with a global team to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.


• Provide day-to-day guidance, feedback, and evaluation of work performance and products to ensure adherence with varying project requirements.


• Set milestones to accomplish project deliverables; provide guidance to help him/her achieve the goals and milestones.


• Coach and assist in presenting the Project deliverables to the Project stakeholders from Infosys and the Client organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience consisting of at least 5+ years of Project Management experience in managing Oracle Cloud implementations.


• Should possess high-level functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, SCM, or HCM Applications.


• Must be Proficient in delivering SDLC development projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.


• Ability to work creatively and bring innovative ideas to address business application problems.
