Manage mail, email, voicemail, and incoming/outgoing packages.
Organize the printing, binding, and delivery of project documents.
Maintain tracking spreadsheets for shipping and courier services to ensure accurate billing.
Keep the office tidy and supplies organized; ensure coffee bars, food, and beverage coolers are stocked.
Track monthly office supply expenses to adhere to the budget.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, lunches, and conference room bookings.
Coordinate staff events and assist in preparing for client events as needed.
Arrange office lunch and learn sessions with vendors; handle food orders, track dietary restrictions, set up audio/visual equipment, document attendance, and clean up afterward.
Report daily check balances to relevant parties.
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Provide administrative support to the leadership team as required.
Assist in editing the internal monthly newsletter(s).
Support Human Resources as the team Culture Champion.
Requirements:
2 years office administrative experience required
Proficient in MS Office is required.
Experience in Adobe Suite (ex. Illustrator or Photoshop) is a plus!
