As a Security Executive Reporting Lead, you will help Equifax understand, measure, analyze and communicate the security risks facing our enterprise. You will develop deliverables on a regular cadence that our security leaders will use to understand our Security risk posture and the status of our Security programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for creating consistent, accurate, and effective written and visual communications. Successful candidates possess excellent writing and editing skills, a keen eye for design, mastery of Google Slides and Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, innate curiosity, and a collaborative working style.
To adhere to our corporate location policies, this resource will be required to be local to the surrounding Atlanta areas (or willing to relocate for this position) and adhere to our Return To Office (RTO) / weekly onsite requirements (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This role can sit in our Alpharetta or Midtown location.
What you'll do
Create reporting deliverables for multiple audiences including the Equifax Board of Directors, the CEO, functional security leaders, and external regulators
Develop outputs that are factually accurate, action-oriented, and visually compelling in order to provide an ongoing understanding of progress across the enterprise
Partner with legal, technology, finance and business units to establish quantitative risk measures and thresholds which can be objectively managed by the business
Collaborate with internal teams to setup and consistently optimize processes that enable the identification and aggregation of reporting inputs in a streamlined and repeatable manner
Support the development and delivery of risk assessments to determine the degree to which our policies and procedures are being met
Support our annual security maturity assessment
Contribute to evidence submission related to external regulatory requests
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or similar field
7+ years experience creating executive-level deliverables or project outputs
Experience working directly with executive-level internal stakeholders
Experience translating complex/technical concepts into clear, relevant and meaningful communications for non-technical audiences
Experience analyzing data and using data to tell a story
