What you'll do

• Provides secretarial/administrative support across all areas and levels of the organization
• Uses an array of business application software; provides calendar and meeting coordination support; screens incoming mail and calls and handles confidential matters.

What experience you need

• HS Diploma or GED
• Customer Service Experience

What could set you apart

• Understanding of PC functions and ability to learn/understand internal technology/systems.
• Experience with Google Suite preferred
• Experience within an office environment

This role is a seasonal position working 20/hrs. a week split between 3 days with a start time of 8:00am. The business is flexible as to which days.
