The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Chief AI Scientist to lead our rapidly growing AI research team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of top AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
Develop and implement a strategic research roadmap aligned with the company's overall business goals.
Conduct and oversee cutting-edge research in AI subfields relevant to financial services, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies with the potential to disrupt and transform the financial services industry.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other business units to translate research findings into commercially viable AI solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field from a top university.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience leading and conducting research in AI, with a proven track record of impactful publications and research contributions.
Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of AI, including machine learning, deep learning, and relevant subfields (e.g., NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning).
