Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but may not be limited to:
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Manage Project Scope, Risks, and Issues
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with clients and vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within budgetary parameters
Developing an estimate internal staff time and resource requirements to support the project
Responsible for Setup and help maintain client Concur environment throughout the lifecycle of an implementation (Configuration, Test/Development, Production)
Provide Leadership and Guidance on systems integration plan
As needed configure Concur Travel Requests, Expense Reports, and Invoice Automation
Align ERP Vendor Master with Concur fields
Configure credit card processing with vendor master and configure Bank Details
Configure FDD/TDD capabilities in Concur
Integrate client personnel data into Concur and ERP vendor master records
Support client testing cycles, research complex customer problems, issues, and circumstances and provide recommendations, alternatives and risk assessments to project team
Communicate "best practice" recommendations based on prior experiences
Responsible for the migration of software configurations between production and test environments
Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring technical integration success
Assist in developing and maintaining an internal technical product knowledge base
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum 7+ years' relevant SAP Concur Expense implementation experience; experience with other Concur Platforms such as Invoice, Travel, and Request a plus
Leadership in a Project Management/Project Lead capacity delivering Concur Implementation projects
Experience implementing Concur in the Public Sector preferred
Hands-on Concur functional configuration and design experience
Prior work experience in Accounting and/or Accounts Payable; knowledge of business processes around account settlement, clearing accounts, month end close, etc.
Understanding of Concur integration to ERP Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) required
Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP Concur implementations
Experience in data integration
Experience with ERP HR systems as it relates to Concur Integrations
Experience in developing system test cases and guiding clients through the steps of User Acceptance Testing
Experience with Concur Training Material development/delivery preferred
Experience working with major credit card providers data
Understanding of business travel and travel agency data
Experience managing enterprise level projects
Expertise in verbal and written communications to convey progress and results of analysis
Minimum Education: • Bachelor's Degree
Required Certifications:
SAP or Concur certifications preferred
SAP, Agile, SAFe certifications preferred
Other: • Ability to work remote and occasionally travel to Seattle, WA as needed (Estimated at Once per Quarter)
