Job Title : Technical/Deskside Support III
Location: Kirkland, WA; 8-5 Mon-Fri
Contract to hire is expected
Teams Interviews - 2 ROUNDS
Senior Desktop roles. Must have worked in a large-scale enterprise environment. Would have supported end users and timelines. Work solely alone in their respective offices.
We have 14 techs right now; we meet daily through TEAMS. Will work as stand-alone IT support in the respective offices.
A Helpdesk tech who only worked with remote employees is not going to fit, need to have in person support experience.
Will provide white-glove service to end-user community.
Skills: • Onboarding/Offboarding people's access. • Dell 70% • Mac 30% - need strong experience here as we're growing in this. • Install printers. • Active Directory - create accounts, assign permissions, move units and accounts through AD. • Should have ticketing experience, we use SNOW. That is a plus. • Installing and setting up hardware • Customer support F2F/physically • Conference room set up. • TEAMS • Troubleshoot outages. • Lift up to 20 pounds • We do not configure network gear but should understand how to plug cables into patch gear is a plus. Not programming access points but do troubleshoot connectivity. • MDM a plus • Customer support ability should be as strong as technical ability. • A+ cert highly preferred.
