Job Description:

The Site Manager role involves overseeing daily operations at a small to medium site, managing a small team, and ensuring excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of a small to medium-sized site and a small team of direct reports.
  • Prioritize multiple priorities and communicate team vision effectively.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Ricoh products and offerings.
  • Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements and improve business processes.
  • Maintain a customer-focused environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate employees, recognize accomplishments, and provide career development opportunities.
  • Evaluate team member performance and provide training and coaching.
  • Maintain formal contact with customers and address issues promptly.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues concerning pricing, orders, and invoicing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, subject to on-call, nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field, with B2B and/or technical experience.
  • Previous 2 years of managerial experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience required.
  • Demonstrated high-level knowledge and understanding of technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360.
