Your Role: To provide office support for all Mt. Sterling locations.
Picks up and delivers internal routing envelopes and smaller packages
Warehouse label printing and inventory management
Distribution of office supply orders
Clerical projects as assigned
Tracks router and mail delivery pieces
Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
Sorts and delivers incoming mail
Responsible for running all levels of office equipment.
Covering in reception with answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
Role Specifics:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, schedule may vary to meet production requirements
Extensive walking throughout the offices and warehouses while carrying internal mail and other materials
We Need You To Have:
High school diploma or general equivalency degree
Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly
Valid Driver's License
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to quickly adapt to changing requests
