Location: Tampa, Florida
Ensure timely status reporting to clients and participate in client meetings, presentations and workshops
Monitors management reports focusing on regulatory compliance timeframes.
Creates and executes any necessary CAPs (Corrective Action Plans)/RCAs (Root Cause Analysis)
Prepare and distribute required reports, including but not limited to daily, weekly and monthly production and audit reports
Manage client touch point calls and maintain detailed status logs that’s shared with the client in a timely manner
Track Project Performance- Quality & Quantitative Metrics
Communicate with client on project performance & initiatives executed for performance improvement
Manage & follow Up escalations
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Managed Health Care/Insurance experience mandatory
Experience in one or more operational functions (i.e., claims, enrollment, billing) required
5 years of experience in Health Care Administration or Business Administration
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing project teams.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and writing skills
Ability to manage difficult and sensitive customer issues is essential
Should have excellent hands on experience with MS office Suite
