Make sure that you are communicating the detail needed to have someone who has never met you understand your experience, education, qualifications, and skills. The key is to make sure to have all the information needed, but to also be concise and short. See if you can say the same thing in shorter phrases.
Have good formatting- Think of it this way, if your job was to look at resumes all day as a recruiter, which ones would stand out to you and make you take time to read them: 1) bad formatted resumes that are hard to read, or 2) good formatted resumes that are easy to read? Make sure you have good formatting so that the recruiter can focus on the content of your resume and not the formatting of your resume.

Are Required Qualifications Explained? Experience or credentials are provided that are objective, quantifiable, and necessary to perform the core functions of the job.
Are there any Desired Qualifications for the job? In addition to "Required Qualifications", these are additional competencies, experience, and credentials that identify if a job seeker or applicant are better qualified for a job than others.
Does this candidate have proper Job expections? If there are conditions for the job or position, it is important that during the selection process, the job seeker is agreeable to these conditions in order to be hired.
