Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation
Read Spec sheet and use MFG Spec system and verify the parts required prior to assembly
Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem
Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy
Maintain and service all lines when necessary
Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste
Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications efficiently
to meet target goals for servicing customers.
And having an excellent relationship.
Coordinate quality issues with quality, supervisor and Production coordinator
Responsible for performing 6S in all areas of work assigned.
Need to work effectively to keep departments from backing up or track stopping.
Ability to understand trends of ordering raw material and when processing finish good stock orders.
Must be responsible for area.
Will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Responsible for performing various hand working functions such as bagging, boxing, etc. Requires operation of simple production and packaging equipment.
Ability to read and understand customer purchase orders and other written material.
Necessity to participate in monthly plant safety meetings.

Must be on temporary job for 90 days or on Permanent job for 6 months.
Understand daily orders processed on a timely manner
Must have less than 4 attendance points
Must have no more than one corrective /disciplinary action, for reasons other than attendance, during the prior twelve-month period.
