OVERVIEW:

In this highly visible role located at our Global Headquarters in Ewing, NJ, the successful candidate will work as part of global analytics group and be involved in multiple enterprise initiatives with focus on business intelligence and analytics. This person will be responsible for developing insights and analysis for marketing, sales and finance focused applications. The position requires programming experience creating UI, dashboards, reports and data models in cloud based data warehouse environment.

What you ll do:

* Translate functional requirement into actionable UI, dashboards and reports using Microsoft Azure, Angular.js, React.js, Node.js and related open source technologies.

* Partner with analytics development team to ensure data quality, functional documentation, process maps and agile driven project deliveries.

* Generate and create modular programs on Analytics platform which is hosted on Linux based platform.

* Should be independently able to write and test SQL statements; tuning, monitoring, optimization and debugging.

* Should be comfortable in understanding various data interfaces, structured and unstructured data, POS, agency data, application logs, etc.

* Should have working knowledge of open source analytics products including any of the core technologies i.e. Apache Spark, Hadoop, React.js, Angular.js, R, machine learning, etc. Must be aware about big-data and its practical usage.

* Linux based OS background is expected for code deployment, git, etc.

* Innovative, self-starter with acumen to understand and participate in both business and technical streams.

What you ll need:

* Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or complimentary discipline (Marketing, Mathematics, Finance)

* Minimum 1 year experience in analytics / business intelligence programs in CPG or Pharma industry.

* Experience with data warehouse, big-data and statistical modeling is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you\'ll do:

* Create, maintain, monitor and analyze master data in ERP and/or other integrated solutions in compliance with established service levels.
* Implements MDM practices, policies and standards adopted by the company.
* Ensure and enhance data quality and train users to ensure continuity of results.
* Provide creative yet logical approaches to solving data problems utilizing established global and regulatory rules.
* Identifies areas of specific master data weakness and suggests methods of improvement to Manager of EDM.
* Maintains policies and procedures to ensure uniform, accurate, and consistent data are present in support of SOX audit requirements.
* Provide testing support for upgrades and releases, including integration testing from various sources to target systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor s Degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience
* 1 3 years experience with master data management in an ERP system is preferred
* Basic understanding of CPG manufacturing process is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Demonstrated ability in building relationships with stakeholders and influencing key decision makers within business functions supported as it pertains to managing master data within the company
