Senior Lead – Client Operations andServices - US
In the role of Senior Lead, you will assist clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. Solutions would often include tools and technologies like Robotic Process Automation(RPA), Business Process Management (BPM) etc. The consultant would be expected to use in-depth consulting and project management skills aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
Your responsibilities may include:
•Be part of large and complex transformation engagement in understanding business processes, design 'to-be' processes, analyze client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops. If necessary, perform fit gap analysis, carry out benchmarking studies, and solution complex requirements.
•Review & validate robotic process automation opportunities identified in business processes that are technically and economically feasible. Contribute ideas for process changes required to enable automation and optimize gains. Review and validate business case developed around automation gains.
•Write Business Requirement documents for automation projects
•Provide consulting support to solve business problems focused on Financial Services – Banking & Capital Markets domain for our global clients leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets.
•Work proactively with client stakeholders to refine their current business processes or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces. Also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.
•Develop methodologies to support transformation projects, creates tools, templates, frameworks and other knowledge artifacts.
Location for this position is Richmond, VA.
•Bachelor’s Degree in any career stream
•At least 12 years of experience in BPO sector working in related areas to the job description
•6 years of consulting experience relating to financial services including Mortgages and Consumer Finance, Account services, AML and Fraud
•Exposure to automation tools and frameworks such as Blue Prism, Openspan/Pega, Automation Anywhere
•Analytical abilities, communication/articulation/decision making skills
•Ability to work with customer independently playing an advisory role and ability to guide a team
•People management, Project management, Relationship management, Planning and Vendor management
•Experience within or assisting blue-chip organizations
•Proven experience managing projects and teams
