Development & Grants Coordinator Sweet Adelines International has an exceptional opportunity for a Development & Grants Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position will support the programs and members of Sweet Adelines International by delivering exceptional care to donors, writing grant proposals, and providing administrative support to the Director of Development. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with finance and marketing departments to draft letters, timely donor acknowledgements and other deliverables. Respond quickly to all donor inquiries, providing resolution and exceptional customer care in every interaction. Maintain donor database, enter gifts and qualitative information, and generate reports for various mail lists, donor tracking, budget planning, etc. Collaborate with marketing and communications department to draft compelling programs and donor content for use in grant requests and other development materials. Take an active role in promoting Sweet Adelines International. Other duties as required. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a business related field, communications, journalism, English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent database and customer service skills.
