Location: Austin, Texas
- Audits and reviews the accuracy of the Agent Resource call center transactions.
- Also audits New Business and/or Agent Contracting and Commissions processes for systems structure and data entry to ensure compliance and consistency with administrative procedures and guidelines.
- May be asked to assist in gathering data around trends or high risk activities.
- Helps develop and distribute audit reports. May assist with third party audits by completing questionnaires, validating selected claims, and responding to errors etc.
- Identifies and recommends changes to improvements in department processing and procedures, and assists in the development of audit guidelines.
- May act as subject matter expert and a resource for team members.
- May develop and/or recommend training programs to address error trends.
- Position requires detailed knowledge of call and processing procedures.
- College degree preferred but may be substituted by 4+ years of relevant work experience.
