Develop seasonal go-to-market concepts that elevate the brand’s big idea approach, unite product and marketing behind consumer and cultural insights
Ensure that the new creative vision is brought to life by executing brand creative and delivering assets in high quality and on time and on budget.
Develop, motivate, and mentor an in-house staff of a design director, product designers, graphic designers, filmers/editors, and web/interactive designers, while also managing multiple outside creative resources.
Set expectations and standards (build a culture) for creative team attitude, behavior, teamwork and professional development. Lead accordingly.
Contribute to the seasonal strategic planning “go to market” process to ensure a consistent and inspiring taste-level from the inspiration of a season all the way through launch
