Job Description:

Create and manage device specifications for VoLTE, IMS along with related IP Services. Proficiency in fundamental LTE, 3GPP IMS call flows, the SIP protocol, QXDM, Wireshark, Xcal and similar logging tools, with ability to log, read logs and troubleshoot VoLTE/IMS registration, attach and session establishment and complete call flows. Knowledge in 3GPP/3GPP2 legacy and IMS Text messaging services desired. Create and carry out test plans and test cases in multiple areas including those identified above. Create device test plan and perform Feature Integration testing (FIT) for new network features.  Work with 3rd party labs and test equipment providers to get them ready for Sprint device certification capabilities. Work closely with Network and IT engineers along with chipset vendors and OEMs to successfully share testing results and also debug all network and device issues for VOLTE & IMS.Heavy focus on field, lab and production testing for VoLTE, IMS services and 911 Location based services (LPP & LPPe). Need great logging and troubleshooting skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
